Over the past 14 years, I’ve honed my skills in various kitchens, starting in fine dining, where I learned the importance of precision and technique. My roots, however, have always been grounded in the soulful flavors of the dishes I grew up with. Raised on soul food, I developed a deep appreciation for rich, comforting flavors. Along the way, I also fell in love with the vibrant and bold tastes of Jamaican cuisine, which has had a profound influence on my cooking style.
My passion for food is not just about cooking — it’s about creating experiences, telling stories, and celebrating culture through every dish. Whether I’m preparing a classic soul food dish or experimenting with Jamaican spices, I pour my heart into everything I make. Cooking is my art, and there’s nothing I’d rather do than share that with others.
